With over 14 years of financial services and investment experience, Joe is actively focused on providing comprehensive wealth management solutions to individuals and families, businesses, estates and trusts, and charitable organizations.  As a Portfolio Manager with TD Wealth Private Investment Counsel, Joe is committed to providing a high level of personalized service for his clients. 
 
Our role is to not only build a customized investment portfolio for clients, but to also create a fully integrated plan by having the appropriate  professionals brought in to apply their specialized knowledge to each situation.  This includes expertise in tax and estate planning, insurance, banking, and credit.  Collaborating with TD specialists is crucial to the evolving needs of our clients from the accumulation of wealth to the preservation and transitioning of their wealth through every stage of their life. 
 
Joe is a graduate of Clarkson University at Potsdam, NY with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Information Analysis. He has worked on Wall Street with companies such as Bear Stearns and J.P.Morgan where he served institutional clients. Joe is a CFA® charterholder and also holds the Personal Financial Planner (PFP®) designation. Additionally, Joe is a Life Insurance Advisor through TD Wealth Insurance Services and is registered as a Portfolio Manager in the provinces of British Columbia, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Quebec, and Yukon.
 
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife Maria and children Michael and Emilia.  He also plays a variety of recreational sports including golf and softball.
