What we do….

As a Senior Portfolio Manager with TD, Nevada's primary role is to provide counsel to his clients, specifically to develop and implement investment strategies tailored to help meet their individual needs. He is fully integrated within TD Wealth to provide comprehensive advice for clients by ensuring the appropriate TD specialists are brought in to apply their expertise. Through our unique discovery process Nevada's key objectives in his role are to help clients build net worth, implement investment portfolios that incorporate tax-efficient strategies, reduce risks by protecting what matters to his clients and engaging TD specialists who can help clients to structure an estate plan so that they can, if they choose to, leave a legacy that aligns to their values.

Nevada Mohammed is a Senior Portfolio Manager with TD Wealth Private Investment Counsel which specializes in discretionary investment portfolio management. Nevada began his career in Investment Banking as a Vice-President, Trading Foreign Exchange with TD Securities from 1992-1997. In 1997, he moved to London, England where he was a Vice President & Discretionary Portfolio Manager with Lloyds Private Bank and Vice-President with Coutts & Co.  In his most recent role before returning to TD Asset Management in Vancouver, Nevada was a Director for Citi Institutional Client Group N.A., overseeing all investment business for Citi Private Bank in Western Canada. Nevada has over 25 years of investment experience.

Nevada attended university on academic scholarship and holds a bachelor of Business Administration degree with majors in Finance and Economic. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Chareterholder and a member in good standing with the United Kingdom Society of Investment Professional (UKSIP) and the Vancouver and London CFA Societies.

Nevada lives in Vancouver, has been married for 20 years and has one child. In his spare time he enjoys art, popular music, snowboarding and travel.
