As a Senior Portfolio Manager at TD Wealth Private Investment Counsel, with over 30 years of financial services and investment experience, I am actively focused on providing comprehensive wealth management solutions for high net worth clients including individuals, corporations, not for profit organizations and estates & trusts.
In addition to investment management, my role is to create a fully integrated and comprehensive plan for my clients, by ensuring that the appropriate TD specialists are brought in when required. This can range from tax and estate planning, business succession planning, insurance, planned giving as well as credit and day to day banking needs.
I am a graduate of both the University of British Columbia (Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology) and Simon Fraser University (Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting). I am a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and have earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) professional designation. I am a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Vancouver Society.

As a Senior Portfolio Manager with TD Wealth Private Investment Counsel, I provide discretionary investment counseling solutions and services to private and institutional clients. I began my career as a Senior Financial Planner for a major financial institution; specializing in creating tax efficient portfolios for high net worth business owners. Five years later, I was recruited by one of Canada's largest pension investment management firms to work as an analyst. My previous role focused on high yield dividend portfolios for institutional clients. Herby Desriveaux interned as an Asset Manager for the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University where he oversaw the Student Investment Advisory Service (SIAS) fund asset allocation and conducted research on Capital Market Expectations with a team of dedicated analysts.
He also worked as a Sr. Financial Advisor for a major financial institution and has over 10 years of experience in finance related functions.
Herby supports The Chow Mahil Group by providing expertise on a variety of complex financial assignments. Herby's goal is to help clients discover and achieve what truly matters to them by offering attentive and courteous service.
Herby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from University of Quebec at Montreal along with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Simon Fraser University.
Additionally, Herby is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation as well as the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Vancouver Society.
Josee has been with TD Wealth Private Investment Counsel since 2015 and has over 10 years' experience in various roles throughout TD Bank Group. As a Client Relationship Associate, Josee provides business administration, relationship management and planning support for The Chow Mahil Group.
Josee attended the BBA program at Capilano University and has also completed the Canadian Securities Course, as well as the Wealth Management Essentials course.
Outside work, she enjoys travelling, cooking, and spending time with her husband, and pet Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
Gigi Lee started her career with TD Bank Group in 2021. She graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Prior to TD Bank Group, she spent 12 years working at an insurance and investment brokerage firm as an executive assistant and client relationship manager.
She is responsible for providing administrative support to The Chow Mahil Group.
Didi Fung joined TD Bank Group as a Private Client Service Associate in 2019. Didi comes to us from Hong Kong where she last worked as a Trust Relationship Officer with HSBC Trustees at HSBC Global Private Banking Group.
Didi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom and a Master's Degree in Corporate Governance from Hong Kong Metropolitan University, Hong Kong. Didi also holds the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) designation from The Chartered Governance Institute.
In her role, Didi is responsible for providing administrative support to The Chow Mahil Group.
